BABYMONSTER has raised global fans' heart rates by unveiling the first visuals for "MOON," a B-side from their third mini album '[CHOOM].'
On July 28, YG Entertainment posted "[CHOOM] 'MOON' VISUAL PHOTO" on its official blog. Following the teaser poster of a giant full moon shining over a forest, the visuals of Pharita and Asa, brimming with deep charisma, have now been revealed for the first time.

The two members' magnetic gazes, staring straight into the camera, and their intense auras instantly capture attention. Pharita completes a singular atmosphere with the contrast between her faint brows and smoky makeup, while Asa, accenting bold accessories with statement nails, exudes a refined mood with her relaxed pose leaning against a sofa and dreamy expression.
"MOON," the first track of the mini album, is a southern trap-style R&B hip-hop song defined by its 808 bass and minimal composition. Capturing a mood unique to BABYMONSTER, the track has earned praise from global music fans since its release, and its performance, which premiered at the group's recent Seoul concerts, also drew an explosive response.
Anticipation is running especially high as the concept is expected to be the complete opposite of the refreshing energy of "I LIKE IT." YG previously stated, "This music video focuses on capturing the song's mysterious, dreamlike atmosphere through sensuous visuals," fueling curiosity about the remaining members' visuals, which will be revealed sequentially, as well as the music video set to premiere on August 3 at midnight KST.

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER recently proved their presence in the North American market as their third mini album's title track "CHOOM" entered Mediabase's 'Top 40' US mainstream radio chart at No. 35. Currently on the Japanese leg of their second world tour, the group will continue their global run across 5 continents, including Asia, Oceania, South America, North America, and Europe.
