ZEROBASEONE's leader Sung Han Bin has been selected to host Mnet's dance series 'Street World Fighter: Director's War' for the second consecutive year, according to Korean media reports on July 14. The new season premieres on August 18 at 10 PM KST.
The latest installment in Mnet's dance franchise, which began with 'Street Woman Fighter', shifts its focus from world-class dancers to 'performance directors'. The directors will display their skills in planning, staging, and production. Sung Han Bin previously hosted 'World of Street Woman Fighter'.
During a written interview ahead of the premiere, he said, "As someone who loves dance, it's such an honor to be the MC once again." He also told the production team that his "job satisfaction is truly at its highest."
Sung Han Bin reviewed his previous hosting of 'World of Street Woman Fighter' to refine his tone and delivery. He said this season focuses on the directors' ideas and stage compositions.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE will release their second Japanese EP 'Kaiki LOVE' on August 19. The EP features three tracks: the title song "Existence", "Aphrodite", and a Japanese version of "TOP 5". "Existence" was pre-released on August 10 and includes participation from a member of the Japanese piano trio Omoinotake.
