THE L1VE, the label home to ZEROBASEONE's Sung Han Bin, has started rolling out the lineup for its first girl group, introducing trainees Hayashi Fuuko and Lee Sooyoung through its official social media.
Both already have survival show mileage, which is unusual for a pre-debut reveal at this stage.
Hayashi Fuuko came up through two of Mnet's competition series, appearing on 'Girls Planet 999: Girls' Battle' and later 'I-LAND2 : N/a'.
Lee Sooyoung finished third on JTBC's vocal competition 'Girls on Fire', where she built a following on the strength of her singing. The show's planned top-five group never made it to debut, so this is her second run at a group.
THE L1VE's roster to date has leaned toward performers rather than idol groups. Alongside Sung Han Bin, it houses the dance crew BEBE and Mbitious's Woo Tae, making the girl group the label's first push into that lane.
The label has not announced a debut date, a group name, or how many members the lineup will run to.
