fromis_9 是由韓國Mnet於2017年推出的選秀節目《偶像學校》所組成的女子音樂團體。，團體最初隸屬於Off The Record娛樂，自2021年起轉由PLEDIS娛樂管理。初始成員包括李賽綸、宋河英、張圭悧、朴池原、盧知宣、李瑞淵、李彩煐、李娜炅與白知憲九人。。在最終排名中，成員盧知宣獲得節目第一名，並在出道曲中擔任中心位置。該專輯亦推出其個人特典版本。2022年7月31日，成員張圭悧與經紀公司合約期滿後未續約，團體自此以八人編制活動。2024年12月31日，團體與PLEDIS娛樂的合約到期並未續約。
