SEVENTEEN members Seungkwan and Dino will enter the military together on October 26, while Mingyu begins his alternative service on September 10.
According to a report by Yonhap News on August 10, Pledis Entertainment confirmed the schedules through the group's official fan community. Seungkwan and Dino will serve as army military band soldiers after completing basic training.
The agency said the enlistment will proceed quietly. "The enlistment ceremony will be attended only by military personnel and family," Pledis explained, asking fans not to visit the training center on the day.
Mingyu enters the system first. His alternative service begins on September 10, and he will carry out his duties as a social service agent rather than in an active-duty unit.
The announcement completes a picture the group had already sketched out for fans. During their June fan meeting at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, the members said the remaining five would begin their service in the second half of 2026.
Previously, Jeonghan became the first member to enlist in September 2024, and Wonwoo followed as a social service agent. DK and Vernon revealed their own enlistment dates in late July, putting six members in uniform by this fall.
Meanwhile, Pledis said the members will continue to communicate with fans before their departures, and the agency asked for warm support during the service period. "We ask for your generous understanding and continued support," the agency said.
Seungkwan and Dino report on October 26, following Mingyu on September 10.
