Sailor Honeymoon Release First Full Album 'The Worst of Sailor Honeymoon'

Sailor Honeymoon released their first full-length album 'The Worst of Sailor Honeymoon' on August 14. The Seoul-based punk rock trio marked a milestone in their career with a record that leans into humor, spontaneity, and the belief that imperfection is part of being human.

The group is made up of Abi Raymaker on drums and vocals, Zaeeun Shin on guitar and vocals, and Kim Yerim on bass. Released through Good Good Records in partnership with [PIAS], the 13-track album expands the band's world while keeping the raw, unpolished charm that has defined them since their early releases.

The album was produced by Luke Smith, known for his work with Foals, Shura, and Depeche Mode, with mixing by Claudius Mittendorfer and mastering by Katie Tavini. The lead single 'I Wanna Leave You,' released on June 30, set the tone for the full-length with its honest and unguarded approach.

Across its songs, 'The Worst of Sailor Honeymoon' leans into vulnerability and warmth, aiming to connect with listeners by treating flaws as a source of comfort rather than something to hide.
