All seven members of NCT 127 have renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment. The agency confirmed on July 15, 2026, that Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan will continue with the company, a decision the group made together on the back of their bond and their trust in the label.
SM Entertainment thanked both the members and fans in its statement, and said it would keep backing the group's future activities. The renewal locks in the current lineup as NCT 127 moves through its 10th anniversary year.
Over the past decade, NCT 127 have built a run of chart hits and a global fanbase, with tracks like "Fire Truck", "Cherry Bomb", "Kick It", and "2 Baddies" defining their sound and their reputation for sharp, high-energy performance.
With contracts settled, the group already has a full slate ahead. Their seventh full-length album is set for release on August 24, 2026.
The album will be followed by the group's fifth tour, 'NEO CITY – THE REDLINE'. The run opens with three shows from September 18 to 20, 2026, at the KSPO DOME in Seoul before heading out to cities across Asia, giving fans a full stretch of new music and live stages to close out the anniversary year.
