Koo Jun Hoe, a member of the boy group iKON, shared an update with fans ahead of his upcoming military enlistment. On August 9, he posted a photo on his personal social media showing off his new buzz cut while giving a salute, accompanied by the short message, "I'll be back safely."
His agency, 143 Entertainment, previously announced that Koo Jun Hoe will enter the recruit training center on August 11 to begin his active-duty military service. To ensure safety on site, no special public event will take place on his enlistment day, and the agency asked fans to refrain from visiting the location. His discharge is scheduled for February 10, 2028.
Since debuting with iKON in 2015, Koo Jun Hoe has released numerous hit tracks with the group, including "Love Scenario", "Killing Me", and "RHYTHM TA", while also showcasing his vocal talents as a solo artist. In recent years, he expanded his career into acting, appearing in dramas such as 'Bo-ra! Deborah', 'Twinkling Watermelon', and 'No Mercy'.
