i-dle's Soyeon is set to make her long-awaited solo comeback, returning with new music after five years.
On August 19, Soyeon's agency CUBE Entertainment revealed that Soyeon was preparing to make her comeback. Set for early September, it will mark Soyeon's first comeback since the release of her first mini album 'Windy' over five years ago.
As the leader of i-dle (formerly (G)I-DLE)), Soyeon has received significant attention for her full involvement in the production and songwriting for many of i-dle's hit songs, including 'Tomboy,' 'NXDE,' and 'Queencard.' Anticipations are high for Soyeon's solo comeback, as fans wait to see what kind of unique concept Soyeon will bring this time.
Meanwhile, i-dle returned in July with their 9th mini album 'We made,' and topped off the summer with a thrilling live performance at Lollapalooza.
