On MBC’s variety program ‘I Live Alone,’ Girls' Generation's Yuri recently caught viewers’ attention when she appeared wearing a pair of cat-eye sunglasses while riding a motorcycle.
After the broadcast, Yuri personally shared information about various items she wore at the time, including her outfit, shoes, bag, and blender, through her social media. During this process, it was revealed that her sunglasses were actually a 2,000 KRW (approximately 1.34 USD) product sold by a budget lifestyle goods brand.
With their stylish design and affordable price, online reactions included comments such as, “I thought they were luxury sunglasses,” “It’s a design that wouldn’t be surprising even if it cost several times more,” and “It’s a product that sells out every time I visit the store, so I can never get one.”
Through this, Yuri once again drew attention by effortlessly incorporating practical and affordable items into her own unique style rather than relying only on expensive luxury brands.
