
EXO member and actor Doh Kyung Soo (D.O.) is currently in talks to star in the upcoming drama 'We Are the Zombies.'
On July 16, Kyung Soo's agency, Blitzway Entertainment, stated, "'We Are the Zombies' is a project he is currently reviewing." Kyung Soo has reportedly been offered the lead role of Kim In Jong.
'We Are the Zombies' is based on a webtoon of the same name and is set in a mega-shopping mall called 'Seoul Tower' that has been sealed off due to a zombie outbreak. It depicts the story of the people left inside the mall who must survive and live together.
Having debuted as a member of EXO in 2012, Kyung Soo has built an impressive career in both the music and film industries. He debuted as an actor in 2014 in the SBS drama 'It's Okay, That's Love.' He has since starred in several acting projects, including '100 Days My Prince,' 'Bad Prosecutor,' and 'The Manipulated,' among others.
For his solo endeavors in the music industry, he debuted as a solo artist in July 2021 with the mini-album 'Empathy' and has since held solo concerts.
With anticipation building for Kyung Soo's next move, attention is focused on whether he will showcase yet another acting transformation through 'We Are the Zombies.'
Meanwhile, he is also active in variety shows, currently appearing in tvN's variety program 'Farm Operation: Go Go Farm.' He is also currently on tour with his fellow EXO members for their long-awaited group tour, titled 'EXhOrizon.'
