CORTIS will celebrate their first debut anniversary with the release of ‘GREENGREEN_playextended’, an expanded edition of their second mini album.
Set for release on August 24 at midnight KST, the album will add two new tracks, "PACK IT UP" and "MONEYMONEYMONEY" to the six songs from the group’s second EP, ‘GREENGREEN’. The group gave fans an early preview of both tracks during the first Seoul show of their ‘2026 CORTIS TOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY’ at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium on August 22.
According to BIGHIT MUSIC, the two songs were originally created during the production of ‘GREENGREEN’ but were ultimately left off the original album. They were later selected for the expanded edition as the tracks that best represent CORTIS today.
All five members participated in writing and composing both songs, continuing the group’s hands-on approach to their music. CORTIS will hold a second anniversary show in Seoul on August 23 before taking their tour to Yokohama, Japan, in September. SEE ALSO:
